Getting Blog posts onto pages as separate posts

Hi, I’ve trying to get the posts that I’ve written onto the specific pages I’ve made, for example: I’ve written ‘Pickles and crisps’ and now I want that post to go into ‘Food’ one of the pages I’ve made. I can’t seem to find anything that will enable me to do this! please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Use categories. Put all your food posts into the category of Food and then display your Food Category on your menu.
