Getting blogs from old website
-
We recently switched website hosting to thechurchco and when I tried to transfer our blog rss feed it did not give us the whole blog posts. I am trying to access them but cannot figure out how to find them since we can no longer access our dashboard. Is there a way to retrieve them?

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to the free support forums for websites hosted on WordPress.com. While your site is not hosted with us, we’re here to guide you in the right direction for assistance.
Since you’re using the open-source version of the WordPress platform, which operates differently from what we provide on WordPress.com, you can find help at the community forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The community members in the open-source forum are well-versed in these matters and are in the best position to offer support.
I hope this information helps guide you in the right direction. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions or need more assistance.

The issue is we formerly were hosted on WordPress, but is there a way for us to recover our blog feed from it?

Hi @aaronpompura – The blog may have been on WordPress, but there are many, many hosts on the Internet that offer WordPress website hosting; we are one of them.
I’m reviewing your account and I see no previous sites hosted here with us on your account. If you believe it was on a different WordPress.com account, share a username and/or email address and we’ll use that to research and see if we can offer more help. Only Staff can see email addresses you post in the forums.
If we are not the original host, you will want to determine who that is and contact them as quickly as you can in case they have not yet removed or purged your site files from their system.
