Getting Captions to pop up

  The posts I write have galleries where the captions used to pop-up over the individual photos, like this post: https://wp.me/pbPd2C-2s
  This past week, using the block editor I created this post : https://wp.me/pbPd2C-2E
  and the captions do not pop-up. I cannot figure out what I have done wrong/differently in the second post. Thoughts on how I can get this to work would be appreciated.

  Hi there,

  This is a known issue with the Gallery block and our developers are actively working on fixing it.
