Getting charged annually $99 and not showing I am premium

I am getting charged $99 a year so I’m supposed to be premium but my account shows that I’m a free account and don’t have any access to customer service. I find this super messed up. I’ve talked to a robot now for 30 minutes and I can’t connect to customer service for anybody to help me out.
