  Hi. I am getting charged for an account I dont have or can even access. I believe it may be under salty adventures and tours but I am not really sure as that business closed like 4 years ago. I no longer have access to that email either. Can you please assist?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
