  I don’t know why I am being charged monthly when I cancelled my membership months ago ($10.)

  Hi there,

  All the WordPress.com plans and upgrades are charged on a yearly basis, so I assume you’re referring to a different service. Can you please let me know the address of your site associated with those charges so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
