  I would need to get a white-label chatbot. Does this one you have as a plug in do white-label?

  Trying to learn more about chatbots. On wordpress. Is there only 1 Chatbot that I can use? And is it white-label?

  I’ll be happy to help you with your questions. May I ask which chatbot you’re referring to?

  You can use third-party tools that let you add a chatbot to your WordPress.com site. If there’s a plugin, you can install it on your WordPress.com site with the WordPress.com Business plan or higher, which also comes with advanced hosting features like real-time automatic backups, SSH, SFTP, and more.

  We don’t have any chatbot solutions that I know of (that’s why I was wondering which chatbot you were referring to). So you’ll need to work with a third-party chatbot service provider.

  Can you tell me a bit about the use case of the chatbot on your site? Will your visitors interact with it to get support from real human support agents at your company/organization? Or is it to provide automatic answers to general questions about your products or services?
