Getting comments posted on my wordpress blog meant for some other blog.

I have gotten over 200 comments in the past 5 days on one of my Blog articles dealing with 9/11, but the comments seem to be meant for some other Blog. It seems that
comments for another Blog are being shifted over to my WordPress site all under
this one article. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @profjoeval, all of the comments I see are spam. Normally Aksimet catches these for you, but it looks like you’ve been un-spamming many of them, confusing Akismet and attracting more spammers in the process. Even if the comment seems sincere, if it’s from someone who seems to be named after unsavory search engine keywords, it’s still spam.
Please go through and re-spam those, as well as any new spam that gets through. That will help resolve this issue over time. Thanks!

Dear supernovia and timethief, Thank you both so very much for
your response to my issue on wordpress. I decided to delete any
comments coming from questionable search engine keywords.
I was allowing comments that seemed to be sincere, but I came
to realize that none of them ever mentioned 9/11 which my post
was all about!! You have been so helpful – thank you both caring!!

You bet, @profjoeval . Sorry some of those spammers can be jerks. Most of the comments I see are still from spammers, unfortunately.
Another way you can tell if seemingly genuine comments are spam: put the whole comment in quotes, and search for it in google. If they’re leaving the same comment on thousands of sites, there’s an ulterior motive, and it’s probably spam too.
Usually Askismet (that’s what we call our spam filter) is right, but if you find any comments that are from known sources or they are specifically talking about the site, feel free to get in touch so we can take a look.

Again, Supernovia, Thank you so much for caring and for taking the time to help me out dealing with this issue!! By the way, my blog deals with
the Assassination of JFK and goes right up to 9/11. I would be honored
if you checked it out! -

Oh! One thing I noticed you can do: you’ll get more visitors if you’ll use fewer tags and categories. If you’ll stick with no more than 10-15 of the most relevant terms, I think you’ll have a lot better luck, since too many can make your site seem like spam, too. Give that a try and let us know how it goes!
