Getting crawled and indexed by Google

  I want to have my blog (linked directly to a .com URL that I own) crawled and indexed by Google. I am told that I need to upload a verification file to my site (which is http://www.smallscreenreviews.com). I downloaded that verfification file from Google, but I do not understand how to upload it to my blog / site. Can you please help? Also, can you help to add a meta tag to my blog / site on the homepage as that is an alternative way to get reconized by Google?

  You can set up Google Webmaster Tools with your WordPress.com blog by following this guide:
