Getting domain

I originally obtain a domain from godaddy and I transferred it to WordPress. I then cancelled the godaddy account because I didnt want to be paying two annual fees for the same thing. Now my website cannot be located. What are my options?

    Thank you

Yesterday?? You can’t transfer a domain until you’ve owned it for at least 60 days. Perhaps you should reach out to GoDaddy if the domain address is important to you. If they recover it for you then point it to a site here until you can transfer it safely??

    Hi there!

I see that you registered a new domain with your WordPress.com site at https://self-improvementphilosophylife.org. Do you have an existing site, or are you going to create a new site from scratch?

Also, what’s the domain you registered with GoDaddy? Like @themagicrobot mentioned above, if you canceled the domain shortly after registering it with GoDaddy, it’s best to restore the domain with them and point it to your WordPress.com site. Otherwise, you risk losing the domain permanently.

After 60 days, you’ll be able to transfer the domain registration to WordPress.com.

Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
