Getting double Email Notification of Comments

  I am getting double Email Notification of Comments for some reason.My blog is aussiecriminals.com.au and I used to get one lot in my email.Now I get 2 lots of the same notifications.One in plain text, the other in http with buttons and gravatars etc in the email.

  So I am having to check hundreds every day in case I miss something.It is very confusing. Is there a setting that has caused this? I have looked every where. I do have the notify me ticked for mod pending and when someone comments in my blog that is it.

  Any help would be great, thanks

  It sounds like these are both the comment notifications from WordPress (which go to you as a blog owner) and comment subscription emails, which you may have subscribed to when replying.

  Do the HTML emails have an Unsubscribe link at the bottom?

  Yes, those are comment subscription emails, not the standard blog owner notifications.

  You can safely unsubscribe from those, and the next time you reply to a comment, make sure that the Notify/Subscribe box at the bottom of the comment form isn’t checked.
