Getting error on Pardot plugin authentication

    I’m getting errors whi9le trying to authenticate the Pardot plugin in my WordPress org. Can anyone let me know what’s the issue here?

    Error: ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Check your admin email for the instructions’

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

    You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
