Getting eyes on posts

  Hi, everybody. I’ve been writing on WordPress for more than a year and have roughly 70 pieces on my page. I’ve been posting my stuff on my Facebook page and have been getting readers that way. But I can’t figure out how to position the pieces for readership outside my social network. Thank you for any help. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  Here are a few tips that I have found to help attract more traffic and visitors to your content.

  • Publicize – makes it easy to share your site’s posts on several social media networks automatically when you publish a new post.
  • Repeat tweet your content over and over and over.
  • Make titles around 8 to 12 words total. (Google and Facebook have maximum title lengths, so you don’t want yours to be too long.)
  • Get active in the Comments section on other blogs (especially influential
    people’s blogs).
