Getting fatal error while logging in as wp-admin

    Hello sir/madam;
    I get this error again and again.

    ‘Warning: require_once(/home/musicalm/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/musicalm/public_html/wp-admin/update-core.php on line 10

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/musicalm/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear’) in /home/musicalm/public_html/wp-admin/update-core.php on line 10

    My hosting provided said that he has resolved the problem from his end.
