Getting feedback compiled (so can be emailed)

    Hello

I have recently added a feedback form to a blog, I am using it as a community feedback form to create a public document called a Statement of Significance.

Eventually I will need to submit these forms to the city.

I thought I would simply forward all the emails I recieve in gmail. The feedback forms are grouped togeather which is ok (I would prefer each form was a seperate email, but I can live with this) but today I noticed some feedback forms are getting sent to me again (these people did not submit it twice as I can see in the dash/feedback). This is going to make it really time consuming and confusing for me when I have to submit the forms.

Is there a way to change the notification settings for feedback forms to not re-email the same forms over again?

I see at the bottom of the feedback page that there is a download option? If I select feedback and download will that give me something I can use or is that going to give me code? (Does this download feature require an ad on called jetpack? does it cost money? I am a volunteer and this is a non-profit project so things that cost are no good, I know things can be bought to do what I am talking about but I am hoping to make it work for free, besides my time :)

Here is the link to the community feedback form:

Thanks for your time volunteers! I appreciate it!

My apologies, it seems I did not actually recieve any feedback forms more than once, gmail has been glichy for me lately and makes read mail unread.

But any advice on the outputting of forms in a clear way would be great.
