Getting Help with Billing

    Hi all, really frustrated here and hoping to get some help. We cannot add a card to our website.

    The message says ‘Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA’

    There seems to be absolutely no where where ‘customer support’ can be reached. We’ve been emailing ‘billingsupport@wordpress.com’ for days with no response. In the help documentation it says ‘If the card is not blocked, click the ‘Contact Us’ link in the error message’ – there is no contact us link anywhere on the message or other wise.

    We have a backlog of orders we cannot ship because we cannot get in touch with anyone to get this issue resolved…. no response from email, no support options for chat or a ticket. It’s really frustrating… any help on what we are actually supposed to do when encountering a contact support message would be very appreciated. Thanks!
