Getting hosted wordpress posts on wordpress.com page

I didn’t know what the right search terms would be to look for the answer to this questions and since humans are better at interpreting things than computers I figured I’d ask the group here.
I have a blog hosted on my own server but I would like the posts on it to be viewable to people on wordpress.com, specifically on the tags site: http://wordpress.com/tags/
Is there any way to do this?

Sorry, self-hosted blogs cannot be linked to or appear in wordpress.com tag pages. Only blogs hosted here on wordpress.com are linked to the .com tag pages.

No way. No how. The bottom line is that the benefits of your posts appearing on the wordpress.com tag pages issue to those bloggers who are free hosted by wordpress.com only. You can confirm this through use of our forum searchbox.

thanks for the response. Are there other sites that might allow casual browsers to come across my blog posts based upon tags or categories?

Your posts will be available through Google blog search just like all blog posts are. They will also be available at Technorati if you register there. However, we ONLY provide support for wordpress.com bloggers so you should be posting your questions to this forum http://wordpress.org/support

You can also sign up with technorati and then insert technorati tags into you posts and people will be able to find you there, if they go there.
