Getting HYMNCA error when trying to add a new payment method

    Hi, I just got a new card and I am getting an error message
    HYMNCA. This affects my ability to purchase shipping labels. Any solutions for that problem?

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
