Getting in my wordpress account and making headway.

  I am frustrated. I have delegated the job of using WordPress and that person happens to be my Dad, Stephen Banicki. He has operated a blog for many years through Blogger, but this is much different. What is best way for him to get up to speed on WordPress, A basic problem is we keep being told I don’t have a WordPress blog and that is just not true . How do we correct this to start.
