  Let us know which site you need help with and what your question is and we’ll do our best to help you.

  In case you need help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums.
