getting into my website

my site http://www.thorntoneducationtrust.org – I have not used for a while as never can get into it. It says login in http://thorntoneducationtrust.org/wp-login.php BUT I do not have the password, so I then request for a new one with (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is I understand from below. HOWEVER I cannot see the password, so if I cannot get into the email account (email visible only to moderators and staff) I can’t get the new password.!
