Getting into our old website

Our old wordpress account is not where we can log onto it. We do not have the password, but we do have the username/email- but we don’t have the password to the email either because someone changed it. Our website was connected to our school website, however the school made a new website so I don’t know whether that has something to do with it. The new website it through google sites.
