Getting Into Published Blog

I just received a response with several links, but none of them worked. I can get into my account and administrative page, but not into the published blog. I can get into the published blog on my sign in page, but when I type in the address, nothing published comes up. I tried it on another computer but could not get anything under my address. I was given a link that led me to My Blogs and told to hover there for another link. However, no other link came up. I need a way for people to see my published blog. Again, I don’t have any trouble getting into my account but can find nothing published unless I look on my sign up page. Then I can find the published blog.
