Getting Like Notifications but Like Button not Activated

Hello,
I have not activated the WordPress Like Button (or any of the sharing options) on this blog:

Nevertheless, I get occasional notifications that someone has “Liked” my post. How are they liking it when there is no Like button?

One possibility is the “tag surfer” where folks don’t have to actually go to your site:

Thank you 1Tess. I think that is the likely explanation. I wasn’t familiar with the Tag Surfer or with the features on the Read Blogs tab, so am glad to have learned something new. Thanks again.
