Getting message ‘Unknown email address’ at login. After reset site

  I rest my site using Advanced WordPress Reset to rest my site consolform.com. When it sent me to the login in screen and I typed in my login information. I just get ‘Unknown email address’

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
