getting my actual domain name

HI, My name is Nihir.
i bought a domain name as , http://www.nihirdas.eu from Somewhere else. Now i want to use wordpress just create website with this domain name. i bought some 13€ subscription from Wrodpress but i get below website.
i dont want this name , i want my website to be as below,
i dont know how to get it , Could you please guide me to do so ,

I do not see the domain mapping subscription that you said you purchased. I checked our records and the domain is not mapped to your account or any other account.
You will need to map your domain over to your WordPress.com site:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

Yes, exactly thats what i did, I can share you screenshot. But dont know how to do that. Can i get email ID for customer support. I want to ask for refund.
