Getting my domain

    I am writing to see when I can use my domain name on Bluehost. I recently got a refund from WP.com and now I am registered for hosting with bluehost and want to get my website up and running. What are my options?

    Hi there,

    That domain should be released by early next week at which point you’ll be able to register it somewhere else.

    For future reference you should never cancel a domain you still want to use, though. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all.
