Getting my domain back

  Ok this is getting insane! We had to let our domain expire due to a lack of funds in January. Now when I go to whois it shows the registrar as wildwestdomains.com. Ok we’re in the redemption period got it our bad. So I call them after being on hold for over an hour the customer service rep that so wanted to help me…. Told me that wordpress.com owns our domain? We’ve paid for the “Premium” upgrade and we still cant get to our domain. Tried contacting support staff directly twice and nothing. So how and when can we get our domain back?

  I have flagged this for the staff to help – they are the ones that can retrieve your domain name for you.

  If you contacted the staff by email or contact form, I am told that each time you send in another request it resets your place in the que to newest (as this thread works also) – and they work from oldest to newest
