Getting my preferred domain back

    Hi! So I purchased a premium package and created the domain that I wanted. But within the hour, I realized that this site was not nearly as user friendly as the site I was using previously, so I decided to do a full refund and go back to using the other site. Now I’m trying as hard as I can to get my personal domain back, but it keeps saying that the domain name is already taken (which, obviously it’s not because I created it and then did a full refund on the account within one hour of doing so). So I just need to find out if it is at all possible to get my domain name back and if so, how do I do that?? Thank you so much!

    Hi there!

    Do you mean the domain lucylivin.com? If so, this domain is pending cancelation right now. There are always a few days to restore it in case you’ve changed your mind. You’ll want to wait a bit to be able to register it again with a different registrar – domains are usually parked for around 5 days when they’re deleted right after the registration.
