  Getting my questions answered. I have been asking for over a week now how we can put any text on our page, but no one answers our question. Is this how Word Press handles an upset customer?

  I’m very sorry that you have not been satisfied with our level of support. I just ran through the tickets which you have submitted and I noticed that in each case we have replied to you, sometimes asking for clarification to your questions, but in most cases did not receive a response.

  I’m more than happy to help you out in any way that I can. When you say that you want to put any text on your page, what text are you attempting to put on which page? I see that when I go to familyhopeblog.org, you already have several blog posts successfully published, so it looks like you’re well on your way.

  Please let me know what you’re trying to do and haven’t been able to and I’ll see what I can do!
