Getting my Terms and Conditions to link on Woocommerce

  Hello!
  I made a terms and conditions page and then added that under my woocommerce settings. I then went to customize-woocommerce-checkout to change the text next to the checkbox. However, I cannot figure out what shortcode I should use or how I can make my terms and conditions page a link in the text. If anyone can help me, that would be great. Thanks!
