getting my Word program to connect with word press

  I am trying to register word press with my Word program so I can publish blog posts written in Word into my blog. But I keep getting an error message saying that Word Press is unavailable. I need to know how I can correct this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
