Getting Network Solutions email to play nice with WordPress?

  1.Originally bought my URL http://www.operationnationalanthem.com from Network Solutions.
  2. Bought (email visible only to moderators and staff) email from Network Solutions
  3. Created a blog on Word Press
  4. Redirected DNS to Word Press
  5. Now email won’t work.
  6. Network Solutions has no solution.

  This can’t be the first time this has happened. I’m also having the same exact problem with http://www.dackjustiz.com.

  Help! I need the email to work on both of these accounts. Do I need to add additional DNS? If so? What? How?

  There has to be someone who knows what to do and has seen this before.

  You’ll need to get the MX records from Network Solutions, then add them via your Custom DNS panel: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/

  Here is what they gave me – still not working. Can you correct? What am I doing wrong? Please help resolve this!

  CNAME MAIL.OPERATIONNATIONALANTHEM.COM MAIL.OPERATIONNATIONALANTHEM.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET.
  MX 10 INBOUND.OPERATIONNATIONALANTHEM.COM.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET.
  CNAME SMTP.OPERATIONNATIONALANTHEM.COM SMTP.OPERATIONNATIONALANTHEM.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET.

  It can take about 4 to 8 hours for these changes to take effect. Can you let me know if you’re still having trouble?

  It can actually take up to 72 hours. 4 to 8 is the average, but it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.

  It has been five days. Is there a customer service rep I can actually speak to at Word Press? I want a refund and will go back to basic service since I can’t get what I paid for. Please have someone contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) otherwise I will have to call MasterCard and file a complaint/refusal to pay.
