Getting No Help!

    I’ve been trying to change my domain name, only to not receive the emails that I need to do so firstly. I’ve then tried to buy a new domain and sent two transactions to total £24 through Paypal only to have it say that it’s failed on me.
    I’ve tried live chat but it’s now not showing up no matter how many times I log in, out, restart or reset and I’m feeling a little bit miffed off that I’m paying to be here and I’m getting no assistance. Half the links in the supports forums don’t work at all and I’m just throwing money down the drain now.
