Getting: “no longer have access to this site and its purchases”.

  Hi,

  I am getting the following message in the Purchases tab:

  “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact Support”

  
  When i click the link, i end up at a page that does not include any useful info to solve the issue, so I click the “Get Help” button, that pops up the AI Chat that is full of bugs that sends me on a wild goose chase. Ultimately, that chat sent me to look for a human myself. That is what got me here…
