Getting no reply to support queries

Is there a problem with communicating with WordPress at the moment? I left a query with Support on Thursday, and then emailed them the next day when I had no reply, but I’ve been completely ignored. I’ve checked that they have the correct email address for me, and that it’s working, but I can’t seem to get through to anybody. Any suggestions?

It has to be said I’ve had varying levels of response from the support staff:-
Very helpful and quick responses in the case of simple queries
To not very helpful form replies that don’t address the question I’ve asked (more complicated questions)
To no replies at all.
I’d try emailing again and maybe reword it differently.

I believe the support staff receive thousands of email everyday from us, wp.com and wp.org users. So it took them a couple of days to fix my problem a week ago. Just be patient. The Staff wil get back to you. :)

I just found out support is closed until Monday, so I guess if you haven’t received an answer as of yet, you’ll have to wait until then at least.
And just to be on the safe side, check your spam folder in case they did answer.
