Getting old domain back

  I need help getting my old domain back. I tried retrieving it from the upgrades section but I can’t seem to find it. Was previously under a personal plan. Thanks

  Looks like you’re inquiring about wanderfultrips.com. Is that right? Let me know if it’s a different domain that you’re needing help with.

  There seems to be a glitch in the system which prevented that domain from being added back to the account with the renewal. I’ve asked our domain team to take a closer look and I will report back here to you once I have an update.

  What happened was back in January we issued a full refund for the domain and plan as requested. The domain is now at pending delete status so we can’t restore it. You’ll have to keep trying to register the domain again as new to try and regain ownership of it.

  The good news is that the entire site still exists on the free version so you’ve not lost any content there. It’s at wanderfultrips.wordpress.com.
