Getting old site files back

    Hi, a few months ago I had a site with you guys and I was wondering if there was any chance on getting the site files restored? I researched and found out that the files are deleted after 30 days of being inactive after subscription expires, but I need to start working on it again and found out there could be backups in the servers if you contact support. I’m hoping this is true.

    Is this a possibility? or do I just restart?

    Thanks for getting in touch. Taking a look now, joyfulhampersmore.com.au is a self-hosted site, which is currently hosted over at Namecheap.

    Here on the WordPress.com forums, we’re able to directly support WordPress.com sites. Since your site is self-hosted, the best place to check on this would be with your host’s support. You can find them right here: https://www.namecheap.com/help-center/live-chat/

    If there are backups available for your site they will have them, and they’ll best be able to advise you on getting that up and running on your site.
