Getting old URL restored

  I changed my URL from elisabethbloom.wordpress.com to bloomingelms.wordpress.com but I would like this URL to be restored. How can I do so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As very clearly stated when you changed your domain, there is no way back. Your old domain is locked forever.

  Yes, once a site is changed via the site update tool, it can no longer be restored:
  
  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/
  
  In the future, to preserve your old site address, you would need to create a new site and migrate the content over to the new site.
