Getting on site and paying for it

  Hi. I received a notice that site payment is due.
  Two things:
  a) I am trying to pay for it but my account is not showing it.
  b) I am unable to make changes to the site because I cannot get it with my username and password.

  Please advise.

  Perhaps you aren’t logged in to the correct account to renew. What is the address of your site? Do you recall creating another account?

  Thanks. I will check the possible emails. It is for a public high school program I oversee. I did have some former students “overhaul” it. I will email them if they changed the password.
