Getting Oops message in Reader

  I opened my reader feed today and say this;
  ‘Oops
  This is a post on a private site that you’re following, but not currently a member of. Please request membership to display these posts in Reader.’
  I don’t understand what this means or how I am to know which blog this is an issue with so that I can go and become a ‘Member’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
