getting others comments

  This is not about something wrong with me own blog. It’s just that I’m getting a lot of comments in my e-mail from other people to other people’s blogs that have nothing to do with me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I read this link.
  I don’t think that these e-mails I’m getting are spam. These e-mails are actual comments from one blog writer to another blog writer which have nothing to do with me or my blog

  It’s possible that users leave a reply to promote their own blog (since their username is clickable and links to their blog). Simply delete this comment of mark it as spam.

  Is there nothing that can be done to stop these comments coming into my e-mail? There are TONS of them! The comment I sent just happened to be a self-promotion. Most of them are just responses to what the blogger wrote.

  Since they don’t have specific spam links or advertising in their comments, we can’t distinguish them from other comments. The only solution is to manage these comments like any other comments, approve, delete or mark as spam.
