Getting ownership of the blog of a deceased person

  Good day

  The subject says it all.
  I am trying to get ownership of the wordpress site of my late brother.
  I have tried to send an email but therefor we need access to the emailadress he used when he created the blog but unfortunately he took that with him to his grave.

  I hope someone is willing to help me with this request.

  Looking forward to the solution.
