Live Chat support is only available if you have a premium plan or higher on a yearly base.
You already got answered at a previous thread, https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/beautiful-body-boutique-2/ -
I want to make sure before I get any package that it’s gonna benefit me a single mother of 4 kids. And how so you guys need live chat or something because this way of communication is not helpful.

I understand the single mom gig. It’s hard. Buying a plan won’t guarantee income. Usually bloggers get money when an advertiser thinks putting ads on their blog is a good investment, or when people are willing to pay to see premium content.
Either way, you need great content and an audience. That takes time and hard work, but it doesn’t necessarily have to cost you anything. You can always upgrade later.
Have you read any of the links the community has provided? Those should be helpful, but if not, can you join a free webinar? I think it’d help you a lot:
https://wordpress.com/webinars/Also, I’ve merged your questions into this one post. As @staartmees mentioned, we ask that you use just one forum post for each question.
Our community standards are a quick read. We ask that you read these before posting here again, so you can understand how best to get help with a free site:
https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/best-practices-community-standards/Thank you! Again, I recommend the webinar. If you have a question after that, let us know.

Oh! I just remembered we have this brand new course, too:
https://wpcourses.com/course/intro-to-blogging-on-wordpress-com/Hoping this helps! Build a great blog, attract an audience, and then you can make a plan for monetizing.
