After creating my premium site will I get payment from the purchaser directly to my bank account in India?
If so, what will be the procedure to get payment credited directly to my Current/Savings Bank Account?

Yes! WordPress.com “Simple Payments” allows you to do that, in conjunction with PayPal integration.What you need is a Paypal Business account(If you’re in India, just select account type Business even if you’re Individual, personal account won’t allow you to receive) in order to receive payments, then configure it with WordPress.com’s “Simple Payment”.

Yes, you need to have site upgraded with Premium or Business plan to use “Simple Payments”.

What “purchaser”? If you buy Premium from us you are the purchaser, and you pay us.
If you mean you want to sell products via your site using the Simple Payments button, that works via PayPal, NOT your bank account. We offer no option where someone can pay you directly into your bank account for a product or service sold via your site.
The Premium Plan also gives you access to our WordAds program where you can earn revenue from ads we display on your site, but those payments also only go to a PayPal account, not to your bank account.
