getting people to see it without revealing my identity

  I’m new to this. I’ve created a blog and would like others to view it. What do I tell them to do in order for them to view it. I’d like to remain anonymous as the blog’s author.

  If you have checked the box for the search engines like google, etc. to find your blog then it’s not likely that you will be able to remain anonymous to the really persistent and internet savvy people. This is because you will have to register with social book marking agencies (technorati, delicious, icerocket, blink list) to tag your posts and to have them made accesible to readers. Some like technorati require that you use your actual name to register. That being said if you do not reveal your name on your blog and if you use a free “throw away” email contact address from places like yahoo or hotmail you will have done the best you can do to remain unidentified. This is what almost all bloggers do and it works well for most.

  The box will keep your blog out of the search engines which is probably not what you’re thinking about since you want folks visiting your site. Best bet would be to create a fake posting name and never give out any information about yourself like TT suggests.
