Getting people to subscribe to blog

  I’d like a link/form that can be used on another website to allow people to subscribe to my blog. I want to offer a free ebook when they use the form to send me their email, and agree to receive my blog/newsletter.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
