GETTING POST LISTED IN LATEST POST

  How does one get their post listed in the “latest post” list?

  It’s just luck of the draw. It’s the latest posts at a moment in time.

  Frankly, you’ve got only about five seconds (less if it’s a busy time) after hitting Publish to click to Dashboard and see yourself in those posts. If you post and your blog is not private or Mature, you’re showing up there, but only for those five seconds before another whack of posts pushes you off.

  3,225,059 posts in March.
  That’s about 4300 an hour – so like raincoaster says, you need to be quick.
