Getting problem with backup importing

  I deleted the wp-content and wp-includes of the previous theme to upload a new backup. But now when I am uploading the backup, nothing is happening, It is paused at 0%. also, the Data is 342mb and still the home directory upload is reflecting ‘413 Request Entity Too Large’
  Is it possible that I have deleted something that was required for the functioning of WordPress​?
