Getting refund after cancelling my subscription

    Hi, Can you assist me with getting refund of seemybucketlist.com domain and wordpress subscription? I have already cancelled the subscription and I was waiting for refund to be refunded to my bank account. But as it has gone over 8 days, I’d like to hear an update from your side.

    Hi there!

    It looks like the refund was processed successfully from our end on February 21, 2024. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    On your bank/card issuer’s end, however, the refund was likely processed as a reversal. Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from the customer’s bank statement without a refund being issued.

    If you don’t see a separate refund transaction in the next few days, please check if the original payment is still there and contact your bank/card issuer.
